Kollner’s Rule

States that peripheral retinal pathology results in blue/yellow color defects, and optic nerve pathology results in red/green color defects. A notable exception to this rule is glaucoma which is an optic nerve disease which initially presents with blue/yellow color defects, followed by red/green defects.
